Missed Appointments & Cancellation Policy
We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice to change or cancel an existing appointment.
Appointments that are missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a no-show fee.
Uninsured Services
Please be aware that provincial health coverage pays only for essential medical services. Certain services are not covered by Alberta Health and are considered uninsured.
Patients are responsible for payment of any uninsured services received. Our staff will be happy to inform you of any applicable fees in advance.
